Our door is open for scheduled tastings and equipment consultations. Bring a sample of your latest batch if you want a second opinion on clarity or carbonation.

Every enquiry is read by a real person. If you are asking about a recipe or a fault in your brew, include your grain bill, hop schedule, and fermentation log — that context lets us give a useful answer on the first pass.

Our doors are open for tastings, course visits, and quiet conversations about grain bills and yeast health. The academy sits on the edge of the old industrial quarter, a short walk from the main market square.
